Thanksgiving (November 23 – 27) $300 / night; 3 night minimum
Off Peak (November 28 – December 22) $220 / night; 2 night minimum
Christmas / New Year (December 23 – January 1) $300 / night; 3 night minimum
Off Peak (January 2 – May 26) $220 / night; 2 night minimum
Memorial Day (May 27 – 30) $325 / night; 3 night minimum
Peak (May 31 – June 30) $300 / night; 3 night minimum
4th of July (July 1 – 5) $325 / night; 3 night minimum
Peak (July 6 – September 1) $300 / night; 3 night minimum
Labor Day (September 2 – 5) $325 / night; 3 night minimum

Rates are for up to 6 guests. $10/nt/person beyond 6 up to 8.
$140 cleaning fee.
$400 security deposit holds dates with balance due 30 days before arrival.
10.4% tax applies to all bookings. 4pm check-in, 11am check-out.
